The project consists of the installation of Photovoltaic Systems, Battery Electric Storage Systems, and appurtenances. The proposed photovoltaic system is to be configured as a Net Metered interconnection, and the point of interconnection will be the electric distribution system serving the Authority's Water Treatment Plant at 2000 Shorrock St., Lakewood, NJ. Proposals must be submitted on standard proposal forms provided in the contract documents and enclosed in sealed envelopes with the name and address of the bidder and the project name on the outside. Proposals will only be accepted from bidders who have satisfactorily completed similar work and meet all qualification requirements as specified. The Authority or Engineer reserves the right to request a complete financial and experience statement from prospective bidders. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or waive informalities not detrimental to the Authority's interests, as well as to abandon the project or alter specified quantities. The successful bidder must comply with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, including affirmative action regulations. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
