Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to prune, cut, treat, remove, clear, and dispose of trees and brush, as well as apply herbicides along approximately 30.6 pole miles of the Transmission and Distribution System. Work will be performed in Snohomish County, Washington, in the vicinity of Mill Creek, Bothell, Lynnwood, and Mountlake Terrace. Contractors must be currently prequalified by the District for Category D-1 Right-of-Way Clearing and Maintenance, Tree and Brush Work. Bidders must accompany each bid with proof of bid security guaranteeing 5 percent (5%) of the total amount bid, excluding tax. Only prequalified bidders will have their bids opened and considered.
