Renovation of a mixed-use development in Orchard Park, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and educational facility.
Reconstruction work is to be performed at Orchard Park Senior High School and Orchard Park Middle School for the Orchard Park Central School District. The work includes multiple contracts: DEMO & Abatement Work #1 and #2, General Trades Work, Plumbing Work, Electrical Work, Roofing Work (High School only), Pool Work (High School only), and Temperature Controls. The HVAC Mechanical Work contract is being procured separately and is for reference only. All work shall be done in accordance with drawings and specifications prepared by the designated architect. Proposals must include a certified check or bid bond of not less than 10% of the base bid and meet all required conditions of employment and minimum New York State Labor Department prevailing wage rates. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award contracts as determined in the best interest of the District. All bidders are urged to attend the scheduled Pre-Bid Conferences and Contractor walk-thrus. Project no: 251009 Note All questions are due on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 by 12:00pm.
