Description

Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Eastover, South Carolina. Conceptual plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.

McEntire Joint National Guard Base in Eastover, South Carolina is seeking information from potential sources, including interested Small Business concerns, for Architect and Engineering (AE) Type C Inspection Services to support the ongoing construction of PSTE162013 Repair Taxiway, Phase III. Interested parties must submit a written notice of intent to bid as a prime contractor no later than January 9, 2026. Responses should not exceed ten typewritten pages and must include a positive statement of intent to bid, a completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form, a list of government building construction projects where Type C Inspection services were performed within the past five years (including dollar value, contract number, location, COR, and Contracting Officer for each job), and a brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract. If an adequate number of Small Business contractors are not available, the government reserves the right to advertise on an unrestricted basis. Location: McEntire Joint National Guard Base, Eastover, South Carolina. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
