Sealed proposals are requested for the pre-purchased chiller for Thomas Jefferson High School. Bids should be addressed to West Jefferson Hills School District, 830 Old Clairton Road, Jefferson Hills, PA 15025, Attention: Tracy Harris, Director of Finance, and clearly marked as bids for the chiller pre-purchase for the high school. A pre-bid conference will not be held, but site visits can be scheduled by contacting Mark Mariani. All questions and requests for information must be submitted via email to the architect and engineer, with the project clearly indicated in the subject line. No questions will be responded to by phone, and a deadline is set for submitting questions. Bid documents may be obtained by emailing the engineer. No bidder may withdraw their bid for forty-five days after the bid opening. The school district reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept or reject any part of any bid.
