Sealed bids for the construction of the Mascoutah Park Bridge project will be received by the City of Mascoutah. The project consists of the removal and replacement of the existing bridge deck. Plans and specifications may be viewed at S.I.B.A in O'Fallon, IL, and purchased from Thouvenot, Wade & Moerchen, Inc. This invitation to bid does not commit the City of Mascoutah to any costs incurred in the submission of a bid package or prior to the execution of a formal agreement. The right is reserved to accept any bid or any part thereof or to reject any and all bids. The selected bidder will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations and all applicable Prevailing Wage regulations.
