Renovation of a swimming pool in Park Ridge, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
Sealed bids are requested for the Centennial Aquatic Center Sandblasting & Painting Project. Contractors must comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and pay prevailing wage rates set by the Illinois Department of Labor for each craft or type of work. Contractors are responsible for all measurements, compliance with specifications and contract terms, and must inspect the site to verify the scope of work. Bidders are encouraged to visit the site to familiarize themselves with existing conditions, perform all required field measurements, and fully understand the work. No additional compensation or contract relief will be provided for lack of knowledge of work conditions. Plans and specifications are available free of charge.
