Warwick Housing Authority invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for electrical upgrades at the Meadowbrook Terrace housing complex, Warwick, RI. Project involves replacing existing electric panels at all apartments as well as upgrades to existing distribution panels in utility rooms of all buildings including the community building. An electronic copy of bid documents will be made available to all bidders and bidders may print their own copies at their own cost. Bidders can request the electronic copy from Sharon Santos at the office of the architect. Sealed bids are due at the main office of the Warwick Housing Authority.
