Project Location: 219 & 221 S. Madison Avenue, Richmond, KY Sealed bids are invited for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the Day Treatment Center-Former Madison School Renovation. The project is divided into separate bid packages: General, Finishes, Painting, Mechanical, Electrical, and Combined. Bidders may submit bids for one or more packages. Bid packages descriptions are available. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or cashier's check for five percent of the bid amount. The successful bidder is required to furnish a performance and payment bond for one hundred percent of the contract sum plus the total of all purchase orders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities, and contract with the best apparent qualified bidder. Work also includes all applicable permitting, coordination and occupancy requirements.
