A Pre-bid Conference Will Be Held at the City of Aubrey Public Works Building, Located at 510 Rockhill Road, Aubrey, Texas 76227, at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 27, 2026. Award to the Successful Bidder Will Be Made According to the Factors Listed in the Proposal of These Specifications. The Successful Bidder Must Furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the Amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Total Contract Price From a Surety Company Holding a Permit From the State of Texas to Act as Surety.
