Sharps Waste Management Services are required for the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform sharps waste management services in accordance with the attached performance work statement (PWS). The scope includes the provision and management of sharps containers that meet the specified requirements, and all work must comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA standards for Bloodborne Pathogens (29 CFR 1910.1030) and Hazard Communication (29 CFR 1910.1200). Bidders must submit a complete quote addressing technical capability, price, past performance, and completion of VAAR 852.219-75 regarding limitations on subcontracting. Bidders must demonstrate their ability to perform all requirements under the PWS and include information on any subcontractors and their roles. Quotes should be concise and provide sufficient detail for evaluation. All requirements of the solicitation, including acknowledgment of any amendments, must be met for consideration.
