As indicated in Attachment F-CU Anschutz Snow Removal Map, the snow removal contract covers all vehicular roadways, pedestrian sidewalks, parking lots, emergency access routes, and critical facility entrances across campus. This includes academic buildings, administrative offices, transit hubs, and ADA-accessible pathways. Snow and ice can cause severe disruptions to University operations, including delayed classes, transportation hazards, research interruptions, and increased liability for injuries. The University seeks a qualified and experienced snow removal contractor to deliver timely, efficient, and environmentally responsible services meeting the needs of a diverse campus community.
