The scope of work is to provide a five-year Indefinite Delivery Requirement (IDR) firm-fixed-price contract for the supply of centrifugal fans/air purifiers, National Stock Number (NSN) 4140-01-286-8852, manufactured under part number 145DS210-6. The contract supports the CH-47 Chinook system and is limited to approved sources, including The Boeing Company, Boeing Distribution Services, Inc., and Meggitt Defense Systems, Inc. The contractor will furnish all required items in accordance with military specifications and standards, including MIL-STD-2073-1 for packaging and MIL-STD-130 for identification marking. Items must include required markings such as Serial Number Reporting (SNRR), TAMMS-A, and Item Unique Identification (IUID) in compliance with DFARS 252.211-7003. Deliveries will commence 300 days after receipt of each delivery order at a rate of two units per month until completion. The contractor must ensure compliance with all applicable federal regulations, including OSHA standards, and adhere to Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) requirements as this is a DO-rated order. Packaging must be ISPM-15 compliant for wood materials, and preservation, packing, and marking must meet military standards. The contractor is responsible for quality assurance, reporting deficiencies under the Product Quality Deficiency Report (PQDR) program, and providing technical data as required. Subcontracting plans apply to requirements over $950,000. Accelerated deliveries are not accepted, and proposals must remain valid for 180 calendar days. The contract includes provisions for electronic invoicing via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) and compliance with cybersecurity and export control regulations.
