The requirement is for Quarterly and Annual Bollard Maintenance and Repair at the Rocky Mountain Regional VAMC, 1700 N. Wheeling St., Aurora, CO 80045. Services include preventive maintenance inspections (quarterly and annual) and unscheduled maintenance with a not-to-exceed amount per year. The contract includes a base year and four option years. Bidders must reference the attached performance work statement (PWS) for specific requirements. Submission of a quote must include technical capability demonstrating understanding of preventive maintenance, stormwater and spill control procedures, and material disposal, as well as price, past performance, and a signed Limitations on Subcontracting Certification. Quotes should be clear, concise, and include all volumes as outlined. Offers are evaluated based on technical capability, price, and past performance. * The deadline for all questions is 12:00pm January 19th, 2026. All questions must be submitted in writing no later than the question cut-off date marked above. All questions will be answered officially through an amendment to the solicitation.
