Eastern Hills Metropolitan District No. 13 is requesting bids for the construction of Parklands Village 1, Filing No. 1 Civil Infrastructure. The work is located at the northeast corner of E. Jewel Avenue and Harvest Road in Aurora, CO, and includes wet utilities, pond improvements, retaining wall, channel improvements, concrete, asphalt, striping-signage, and street lights. Bidders must submit their bids electronically as specified. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informality, technicality, or irregularity in any bid, disregard non-conforming, non-responsive, conditional, or alternate bids, negotiate contract terms with the successful bidder, require statements or evidence of bidders' qualifications including financial statements, and accept the proposal that is deemed in the owner's best interest. The owner may also extend the bidding period by addendum if necessary. For further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the instructions to bidders included in the bidding documents. Bidders must keep their bids open for sixty days from the bid opening date.
