Provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to repair and replace damaged windows and glass doors at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center. Perform in-kind replacement for twenty windows and four doors as identified in Appendix A, validating window types and properties prior to ordering. Complete all required work to restore the building envelope, including any temporary movement or reinstallation of interior or exterior features needed to access work areas. Conduct work primarily from the exterior unless conditions require interior access, in which case additional infection control measures may apply. Protect existing finishes, furnishings, fixtures, and equipment throughout the project and repair any damage caused during construction. Submit and maintain all required project documentation including schedules, safety plans, hazard analyses, daily reports, inspection records, and material submittals. Implement all necessary safety, environmental, and infection control requirements, ensure qualified personnel are assigned, and comply with all applicable codes, VA standards, OSHA regulations, and building requirements.
