Renovation of an educational facility in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The project is located at 98-01 159th Avenue, Howard Beach, NY 11414 (the Site) Question Deadline 01/05/2026 All questions by prospective bidders concerning this solicitation should be directed to rfisca@nycsca.org, in writing at least three (3) business days prior. Exterior Masonry at PS 146 (Queens). The work must be completed within the performance period of 540 continuous calendar days. Bidders shall submit a lump sum bid amount to complete the project after normal school hours under the specified conditions. The project requires contractors to be prequalified, and for bids exceeding $3,000,000, firms must have applicable experience. All bids must be submitted via the SCA Bonfire Procurement Portal. A bid bond or certified check for 5% of the bid amount must accompany the bid. Contractors and subcontractors must be signatories to the Project Labor Agreement (PLA). An allowance of $7,000 must be included as specified, and the work does not require "Wicks" trade subcontractors. All contractors and subcontractors must register with the Department of Labor and submit a Certificate of Registration with their bid. Further specific requirements regarding insurance, bid breakdown, and prequalification status apply.
