Renovation of an educational facility in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 19,000-square-foot educational facility.
Expression of Interest ONLY Renovation of the existing kitchen/servery in Building 1C, including the First Floor Kitchen and Servery, Kitchen Support areas on the Cellar Floor, Park Café dining room, and an outdoor terrace with canopy. The work covers approximately 19,000 Square Feet of kitchen, servery, café, cafe terrace, a portion of the cellar, and outdoor kitchen equipment. Abatement work includes contaminated soil at the exterior and below the kitchen/servery slab openings. Demolition work includes the existing kitchen/servery, portions of the cellar kitchen support areas, park café, portions of the outdoor terrace, and some masonry openings for structure and MEP. Construction includes Carpentry, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Sprinkler, and Telecom/Security. Installation of all new kitchen equipment in the kitchen, servery, and cellar support areas, steel and glass canopy, new concrete work, new sitework, minor roof work, signage, visual displays, and window treatment. Bidders are required to perform all work as specified.
