Brooklyn Bridge Park seeks to hire a qualified Owner's Representative for cost and project management on capital, facilities, and maritime construction projects. Tasks include, but are not limited to, comprehensive project program scoping, budget development and tracking, reporting, coordination with regulatory agencies, procurement, and construction oversight. The Owner's Representative is to act as a consultant, manager, and advocate for Brooklyn Bridge Park at all times, working to protect the interest of the Park while ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
