The Pflugerville Independent School District ("PfISD" or "District") is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for general construction services of a General or Prime Mechanical Contractor for the turnkey replacement of HVAC and Control Systems at Hendrickson HS, and HVAC Systems at Delco ES, River Oaks ES, Highland Park ES and Rowe Lane ES pursuant to Chapter 2269 of the Texas Government Code.
