Renovation of a mixed-use development in Pflugerville, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and educational facility.

The Pflugerville Independent School District ("PfISD" or "District") is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for general construction services of a General or Prime Mechanical Contractor for the turnkey replacement of HVAC and Control Systems at Hendrickson HS, and HVAC Systems at Delco ES, River Oaks ES, Highland Park ES and Rowe Lane ES pursuant to Chapter 2269 of the Texas Government Code. The awarded firm will be expected to provide services in accordance with specifications and conditions embodied within this document Question Deadline 01/21/2026 at 12:00 PM CT Online Portal. A. The Division 23 Specification section includes requirements for materials and equipment to be provided and installed in accordance with the mechanical scope of work identified in the Contract Documents. B. The intent of the Contract Documents is to provide an installation complete in every respect. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation, tools, and other provisions required to complete the installation and make operational in accordance with best practices, standards, manufacturer instructions, and requirements of the Contract Documents, laws, rules, and regulations. C. The Contractor shall obtain all permits, inspections, and approvals as required by all authorities having jurisdiction. All fees and costs incidental to these permits, inspections, and approvals must be assumed and paid by this Contractor, including fees associated with additional inspections due to installations not conforming to code, unless directed otherwise by provisions of the Contract. D. The Drawings and Specification Sections of Division 23, as well as requirements of Division 01 shall be complied with in every respect. The Contractor shall examine all documents which make up the Contract Documents and shall coordinate Division 23 work with existing conditions, planned construction, and the work of other trades as required to satisfy the project requirements. The Contractor shall comply with Owner requirements for coordination, scheduling, use of facilities, cleanliness, documentation, and other requirements specified in Division 01 and the Contract Documents. The Division 26 Specification section includes requirements for materials and equipment to be provided and installed in accordance with the electrical scope of work identified in the Contract Documents. B. The intent of the Contract Documents is to provide an installation complete in every respect. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation, tools, and other provisions required to complete the installation and make operational in accordance with best practices, standards, manufacturer instructions, and requirements of the Contract Documents, laws, rules, and regulations. The Contractor shall provide all necessary items required by all other consultants and trades to form complete and operable systems. This includes, but is not limited to, all junction boxes, raceway systems, face plates, identifying tags and labels, conductors, terminations, circuit breakers, transformers, disconnects, fuses, enclosures, etc. A.
