The project involves providing Architect-Engineer (A-E) services for environmental engineering under an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with an estimated capacity of $40 million and a five-year period of performance. Tasks may include remedial investigations, feasibility studies, proposed plans, decision documents, remedial designs, and remedial action-construction, as well as engineering evaluations, cost analyses, and Title 5 Air Toxic studies. Projects typically address soil, sediment, and groundwater contamination involving volatile organic compounds and explosives, and may require compliance documentation reviewed by licensed professionals such as Professional Engineers, Geologists, or Registered Architects. Additional activities include soil vapor intrusion studies, pilot studies, and pre-design environmental work associated with military design and construction.
