Site work for a water / sewer project in Asheville, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 143-64.31, and the Code of Federal Regulations 200.317- 200.327, Statements of Qualifications for Professional Services Engineer will be received by the City of Asheville. There are roughly fifty (50) locations city-wide where stand alone stormwater infrastructure was damaged from the storm, including pipes, catch basins, junction boxes, head/end walls, inlets and outlets. Because several of the locations were and may still be covered and/or clogged with sediment, a more thorough assessment of the full needs for replacement is required including the potential for small stream restoration. The City of Asheville reserves the right to reject any or all Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications. Deadline to Submit Questions January 09, 2026 12:00 pm : All questions concerning this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) should be submitted via email to: Nicole Peterson, Stormwater Capital Program Manager Subject: 298-FY26-PW-RFQ-Stormwater Repairs Email Address: npeterson@ashevillenc.gov. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Request for Proposal for design services is underway.
