Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Columbus, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
Competitive sealed Proposals are requested for the construction of the New South Columbus Water Resource Facility (New SCWRF). The scope of services being solicited include pre-construction consultation and construction of the new facility adjacent to the existing one. The Proposal must contain all required information as noted in the Request for Proposal. The successful Proposer will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds for the construction portion of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject all Proposals, to waive irregularities and informalities. Any Proposer contacting the Owner's elected officials or staff, or the Owners consultants, except as allowed under the Request for Proposal, for the purpose of influencing the selection process prior to award, will be immediately disqualified from consideration. The scope of services being solicited under this Request for Proposal include pre-construction consultation and construction of the new South Columbus Water Resource Facility adjacent to the existing facility. The Owner will in no way be liable for any costs incurred by any Proposer in the preparation of its Proposal in response to this Request for Proposal.
