Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This work consists of coordination with Great Rivers Greenway (GRG) related to the construction of the Brickline Greenway at Sarah Street. This project, CMAQ-9901(668), will include a new trail crossing and signal work on Sarah Street just north of the Metrolink Crossing. Coordination is required with GRG to understand construction schedules and maintenance of traffic requirements. Improvements include milling and overlay of the street with one new sidewalk, street and pedestrian lighting along the sidewalk and bicycle track, curb ramps, traffic signals, signs, and striping. All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, 2022 Edition including all revisions.
