Site work for a water / sewer project in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The proposed work includes the furnishing of all materials, tools, equipment and labor necessary for the construction of approximately 67 LF of stormsewers, 11 SY of asphalt pavement removal and 11 SY of full-depth reinforced concrete pavement reconstruction, including 20 LF of vertical concrete curb in accordance with the plans and specifications and other items identified in the contract documents. The contractor is responsible for all items of work necessary to complete the project. A Performance Bond and Payment and Materials Bond are required.
