Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.
The City's Overall Annual DBE/TSB Goal for this project is 5.72% The improvement includes the construction of Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) multiuse trail, PCC sidewalk, PCC Curb and Gutter, truncated domes, PCC combination sidewalk and retaining wall, fencing, grading, traffic control, site restoration, erosion control, and other associated work, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 678-374/410, along the south side of Guthrie Avenue from Glenbrook Drive to Moss Drive in Des Moines, Iowa. This project shall be fully completed not later than September 18, 2026, and in accordance with the Completion Provisions. Preletting Conference. None.
