Expanding the .995 MGD wastewater treatment plant to 1.3 MGD within Northwest Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 10. No further instructions to bidders are provided in the available text. Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request online system for such information to Engineer not less than seven (7) calendar days before the Bid opening. Work covered by these Technical Specifications is entitled .995 MGD Wastewater Treatment Plant No. 1 Expansion to 1.3 MGD within Northwest Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 10, Harris County, Texas." Under this Contract, Contractor shall furnish all materials, appliances, tools, equipment, transportation, services, and all labor and superintendence necessary for the construction of the Work as described in these Technical Specifications and as shown on the Plans. The completed installation shall not lack any part that can be reasonably implied as necessary to its proper functioning or any subsidiary item that is customarily furnished, and Contractor shall deliver the installation to Owner in operating condition. Under this Contract, Contractor shall furnish all materials, appliances, tools, equipment, transportation, services, and all labor and superintendence necessary for the construction of the Work as described in these Technical Specifications and as shown on the Plans. Major items of construction and services required are designated as follows:Demolish existing yard piping and concrete pavement. Install digestor basins, aeration basins, a disinfection basin and concrete pavement. Install generator and demolish the old generator. Furnish and install all subsidiary items as necessary to complete the project; Perform testing as specified on installed lines; and Clean-up project area upon completion. Project no -| 123-0111
