Remodeling of a stadium in Florence, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the remodel of a stadium.
The project is for the City of Florence, Thomas More Stadium New Sound Reinforcement System. It includes all materials, labor, equipment, and installation required to complete all element(s). The successful bidder will be required to execute and to provide construction contract security in an amount not less than one hundred percent of the bid. All bids must be made on the required Bid Form. A. Provide a new complete, fully engineered sound reinforcement system for Thomas More Stadium in Florence, Kentucky. B. System shall support baseball game operations, public address, emergency messaging, music playback, and special event use. C. System shall include loudspeakers, amplifiers, DSP, mixing consoles, wireless microphones, user control interfaces, racks, power conditioning, cabling, and accessories. D. System sources to include existing owner furnished playback sources, two new wireless handheld microphones, and a new game day audio playback system. E. Installation is to include the decommissioning and removal of existing audio system and any cabling that is to be abandoned. GENERAL SYSTEM OVERVIEW A. The stadium sound reinforcement system shall provide complete, full-range audio coverage for all spectator seating, concourses, press/operations areas, back-of-house spaces, hospitality zones, and field-level production areas. B. System shall support game-day operations, public safety announcements, music playback, media events, ceremonies, and emergency paging. C. System shall maintain consistent SPL, frequency response, speech intelligibility, and phase alignment across all designated listening areas. D. All major system elements -- including loudspeakers, amplifiers, DSP, network switches, RF systems, digital mixer and game day audio playback platform -- shall operate as a unified, network-connected system with full monitoring and event logging capabilities. E. Existing pathways are present for many speaker locations, integrator should include any additional conduit, supports, or pathway work as required
