Demolition for a clubhouse / community center in Florence, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade clubhouse / community center.
The project involves the Senior Center Retaining Wall Demolition. The scope includes all material, labor, equipment, and installation required to complete all elements. Each sealed bid must be accompanied by either a cashier’s check or satisfactory bid bond, not less than five percent of the aggregate bid amount, payable to the City of Florence. The successful bidder is required to execute and provide construction contract security in an amount not less than one hundred percent of the bid. All bids must be made on the required Bid Form, with two completed copies submitted. Contractors must purchase bid documents from Viox & Viox, Inc. to qualify as registered bidders. No substitution of contractors is allowed without a change in registration. Digital or hard copy plans and specifications are available from the office of the Engineer, Viox & Viox, Inc., for a set fee. If hard copies are ordered, payment in advance is required, with pick-up or mailing options. Viox will waive charges for mailing and handling.
