“The owner has determined a prequalified list of general contractors. The District intends to solicit proposals from qualified vendors for a district-wide wireless refresh. The solution will consist of a wireless access point refresh, including the removal of existing access points, and must include warranty, installation, and integration services. The project will involve replacing the existing wireless access points across the district's buildings as identified in an appendix. The proposal must meet outlined performance, operational, and administrative requirements, with detailed project specifications provided in a separate section. Proposals must include the following: a signed executive summary highlighting how the solution achieves District objectives; an organizational overview; company experience with similar projects; alignment with functional and technical requirements; a full installation schedule as a graphical representation; qualifications of the project team; technical specifications for products proposed; an electronic format of forms; a bill of materials with manufacturer/model details; unit pricing for time and materials labor rate; the required vendor response forms and affidavits; and compliance or exceptions to RFP requirements clearly indicated. All proposals must be submitted in hard copy and electronic formats as specified, sealed and labeled, and must include all required forms and disclosures. Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted or considered. All requirements not specifically marked as optional, desired, or nonmandatory are to be regarded as mandatory.
