Site work and new construction of a stadium in Lake Orion, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade stadium.
Bid documents including bid forms may be obtained from the FRS Portal. Bid documents will be available on or after the specified date. Bids must be submitted on provided forms, in a sealed envelope, and delivered by the due date. Labor and Material and Performance Bonds are required for any Bid Category exceeding $50,000, and may be requested for categories below that threshold. The Performance and Payment Bonds must be for the contract amount and be executed by an approved surety company. A 5% bid security is required, and bid bonds are preferred, though certified or cashier checks are acceptable for bids under $50,000. The project is not exempt from state sales or use taxes. Each bid must include a notarized familial relationship disclosure and a signed Iran Economic Sanctions Compliance Certificate; the board will not accept bids missing these documents.
