Reference Number 0000414032 The Lake Orion Downtown Development Authority ("DDA") invites qualified, licensed electrical contractors to submit proposals to: 1. Conduct a comprehensive field inspection and professional assessment of the Downtown Electrical Receptacle Network; and 2. Provide a recommended corrective scope and lump sum repair proposal based upon the contractor's independent inspection. Contractor shall not rely solely on mapped documentation provided by the DDA and shall base all conclusions on its own field verification. The DDA may award assessment services only, repair services only, both, or neither, at its sole discretion. The DDA will review project phasing, electrical intent, and anticipated scope of the project in detail. Proposers will have the opportunity to ask questions and request clarification regarding constructability and assumptions. Information provided during the Site Visit that materially clarifies or modifies the RFP will be memorialized by written addendum, but no word-for-word narrative will be available outside of the memorandum level summary. Failure to attend renders a proposal non-responsive.
