Sealed bid proposals are requested from qualified contractors for the Intermediate School - Alternative Ed Renovation. The project will utilize separate prime contractors, with direct contracts between each contractor and the Owner. Administration of the project is the responsibility of the Construction Management Firm. All contracts will be awarded to separate prime contractors for bid divisions or combinations of bid divisions, specifically for General Trades, Plumbing & HVAC Systems, and Electrical. All bids must be submitted using the provided bid forms, completely filled out and executed. Proposals must be accompanied by a bid security equal to five percent of the base bid, in the form of a Bid Bond, Cashiers Check, or Money Order. Each bid must also include a sworn and notarized familial disclosure statement and a signed Iran Business Relationship Affidavit. All requests to be included as a bidder, questions, and requests for documents should be directed to the Project Manager or Project Administrator. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, accept other than the low bid, and waive informalities or irregularities. Question Deadline 01/07/2026 Requests from Bidders for clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents must reach the Project Team five days before the bid date or by the date addressed in the pre-bid agenda. Any bidder clarifications which reach the Project Team after such dates have passed will not be considered.
