Site work for a civil project in Barrie, Ontario. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of new pump station and twin forcemains to service development in the east annexed lands. This project includes the construction of a new pumping station with a capacity of 80 L/s and 730 m of 250 mm diameter forcemains from the East Annex pumping station to Manhole 201 along Mapleview Road to service growth to 2041. TIMELINE: Design is underway and to be completed in Q4 2027. Pre-approval of contractors: between Q1 2031 and Q3 2031. Tender construction package is anticipated in Q4 2031. Construction: from Q1 2033 till Q4 2035. Project timelines are subject to approvals and funding availability. Further update in spring, 2027.
