Sealed bids will be received by the Rostraver Township Sewage Authority, Westmoreland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for CONTRACT NO. 2021-03 Willowbrook Road Sewer Extension. Bids shall be submitted online via the electronically. Equipment and services to be provided must be according to the specifications on file at KLH ENGINEERS, INC. and at the Municipal Authority Office. All plans and specifications are available online at no cost. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the bid opening. Contractor must submit an E-Verify Program Verification in compliance with the Public Works Employment Verification Act 127 of 2012. A certified check payable to the Rostraver Township Sewage Authority or a bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount must be submitted with each bid or bids will be considered nonresponsive and rejected.
