Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Wilmington, Delaware. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
These improvements are more specifically shown on the Location Map(s) of the attached Plans. The improvements consist of furnishing all labor and materials for the proposed improvements which consist of pavement milling, bit. asphalt patching, asphalt mix overlay and pavement markings. Follow other incidental construction in accordance with the location, notes and details shown on the plans, and as directed by the Engineer. Performance-based Rating System - 29 Del.c. 6962 (C)(12)(a) Requires Deldot to Include a Performance-based Rating System for Contractors. The Performance Rating for Each Contractor Shall Be Used as a Prequalification to Bid at the Time of Bid.
