Description

Remodeling of a recreation facility in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a recreation facility.

The work is to furnish, configure, install, focus/aim, and integrate these lighting fixtures with the Division 11 performance lighting and control system. Bids must include a bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid if the bid is over $20,000. Bidders are required to submit a bidder’s deposit including a cashier’s check payable to the order of Pulaski County from a bank or trust company doing business in Arkansas or a corporate bid bond in an amount equal to 5% of the bid. Bids must be submitted on the form provided by the Owner and delivered in a clearly identified, sealed, opaque envelope. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
