The selection will follow a two-phase procurement process: Phase I: Firms submit their statement of qualifications. The highest-ranked firms based on the evaluation criteria will be invited to interview and present to the Evaluation Committee. No fewer than three firms are anticipated to be shortlisted. The committee will establish the final ranking after interviews and presentations. Phase II: Marin Transit will negotiate the scope, project plan, and fee with the highest-ranked firm.
