Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in San Rafael, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a power facility; and power facility.

SCOPE OF WORK HSI is requesting proposals from qualified Proposers to provide all material (except BESS), planning and engineering support, design, permitting, installation, transportation services, and commissioning of the BESS and balance of system equipment, and as per the guidance drawings (Figure 1) and Tesla’s installation instructions (Figure 2) for the Project for a Firm Fixed price. Note: The Tesla OEM representative for commissioning the BESS will be provided by HSI. The Proposer will be responsible for coordination of the commissioning. The Proposer must provide a firm fixed price for the optional rooftop photovoltaic system installation as outlined in this RFP. The fixed price must include all material, planning and engineering support, design, permitting, installation, transportation services, and commissioning of the rooftop photovoltaic system and auxiliary system equipment as per the guidance drawings attached (Figure 1).
