Floyd County Public Schools is accepting SEALED BIDS for the purchase of a 95'x55'x18' eave surplus pre-engineered metal building. The structure includes complete professionally engineered and stamped design drawings for building and concrete footers/piers, engineering schematics, and construction details. BUILDING FEATURES INCLUDE: Pre-engineered steel frame Super Span X roof & wall panel system with Silvercote R-19 insulation for walls & ceiling Purlin, bracing, and connection details Full engineering sheets available (E-series, P-series, F-series, etc.) Suitable for commercial, agricultural, or storage applications The building is currently designed for up to (4) walk-in doors and (2) 10x10 roll-up door openings. **Doors are not included as part of this package Colors: Ash Gray side panels and trim with Galvalume roof panels\ FCPS reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids The winning bidder is responsible for pickup and transport of the building at their own expense. Removal must occur within 30 days of bid award
