The work consists of site preparation including installation and maintenance of erosion control measures, clearing and grubbing, installation of a construction entrance, and installation of timber matting; installation, development and testing of up to two 6-inch diameter exploration wells; and site restoration at the end of the exploratory well work. Question Deadline 01/23/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer via the Tighe & Bond website for bidding document distribution at electronic Prospective Bidders must be registered users of the website to submit questions regarding the project. In order to receive consideration, questions must be received by Engineer at least five days, not counting Saturdays or Sundays, prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities, and the right to disregard all nonconforming, nonresponsive or conditional Bids
