R-38 Optiliner roof insulation system 5. R-25 Optiliner wall insulation system 6. Windows -commercial aluminum framing and one-inch insulated glass with solarban 60 and argon. 7. Flush metal panel pedestrian doors with lever and closer system; and lockset. 8. Building erection 9. Anchor bolt location plan 10. Steel building drawing and structural calculations signed and stamped by a Mass. Professional Engineer Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Tentative construction start is April 2026. All questions by prospective BIDDERS as to the interpretations of the INFORMATION FOR BIDDERS, Forms of PROPOSAL, Form of CONTRACT, Plans, SPECIFICATIONS, must be submitted in writing to the Consulting Engineer, at least seven (7) days before the date herein set for the opening of BIDS. An interpretation of all questions so raised which, in their opinion, require interpretation will be mailed by certified mail with return receipt requested to prospective BIDDERS at the addresses given by them before the date of opening BIDS.
