The Town of Great Barrington, acting through its Chief Procurement Officer and in conjunction with the Wastewater Treatment Plant/DPW Superintendent invites sealed bids from companies to provide and deliver chemicals (Ferric Chloride) for use by the Wastewater Treatment Plant for the period July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 with an extension option. Needed Ferric Chloride. The Town Manager is the awarding authority and reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive minor informalities or irregularities in any bid and to make an award in any manner consistent with the law and deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Great Barrington
