Sealed Bids from licensed contractors for the excavation and environmental remediation of the former Ried Cleaner's site which will including asphalt and soil excavation, dewatering and transport and disposal of contaminated materials to a properly permitted. Questions should also be directed to this address. SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and insurance to perform all work required for the project known as Ried Cleaners Site Remediation, in strict accordance with the Contract Documents and all related Drawings and Specifications. The said Documents, Specifications, Drawings and any GENERAL SUPPLEMENTARY CONDITIONS are incorporated herein by reference and are made a part of this Agreement.
