Question Deadline 12/29/2025 Pre-Qualification: Yes BID SECURITY: A certified check or satisfactory Bid Bond payable to the City of Beloit in the amount of 5% of the Bid shall accompany each bid as a guarantee, that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the Agreement, the Contract Performance Bond and Payment Bond, as required by the Contract Documents, within ten (10) days after the Notice of Award ofthe Contract by the City of Beloit. Failure of the part of the Bidder to do so will result in forfeiture of the Bidder's certified check or Bid Bond to the City of Beloit as liquidated damages.
