Demolition and site work for a residential development in Beloit, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Proposals Are Solicited On Basis of Lump Sum Prices for the Demolition and Removal of the Structure Including Concrete Steps, Concrete Slabs, Foundation,Brick and All Roof Top and Mechanical Equipment at 2960 S. Prairie Ave. The Contractor Shall Furnish All Labor, Supervision, Tools,Equipment, Materials, Utility and Transportation Services and All Incidental Items Necessary to Complete the Entire Project to the Town of Beloit's Satisfaction. With an Anticipated Start Date of August 18, 2025, All Work Must Be Completed or in Coordination With Other Area Projects, Including Backfill, by September 19,2025. Bids Must Be Accompanied With a Bid Bond or Certified Check Payable Without Condition to the Town of Beloit, in the Amount Equal to Five Percent of the Bid. If the Successful Bidder Fails To Execute the Contract and Furnish Payment and Performance Bonds Within 15 Days After the Award, the Bid Bond or Check Shall Be Forfeited to the Town of Beloit as Liquidated Damages, Section62.15(3), Wis. Stats. No Bids Shall Be Withdrawn for a Period of 60 Days After the Scheduled Opening of the Bids Without the Consent Of the Town.
