Description: Approximately: The Installation of a Sanitary Sewer Siphon Underneath Turtle Creek Consisting of a 6-inch and 12-inch Diameter Dual Siphon, Siphon Manholes, Replacement of Downstream 10-inch Diameter Gravity Sanitary Sewer, Pipe Removals, and Miscellaneous Items Associated With Above Work. MCM # B0706-07-24-00107 Pre-Qualification: Yes BID SECURITY: A certified check or satisfactory Bid Bond payable to the City of Beloit in the amount of 5% of the Bid shall accompany each bid as a guarantee, that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the Agreement, the Contract Performance Bond and Payment Bond, as required by the Contract Documents, within ten (10) days after the Notice of Award of the Contract by the City of Beloit. Failure of the part of the Bidder to do so will result in forfeiture of the Bidder's certified check or Bid Bond to the City of Beloit as liquidated damage. CONTRACT SECURITY: The Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded shall be required to furnish both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond acceptable to the City of Beloit for 110% of the Contract Price for each of the above Bonds, in accordance with the requirement of the Contract Documents.
