The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the installation of audio visual system, digital signage, cameras, PA system, wireless access point installation, and door access controls. The contractor must provide the necessary trades to complete these installations and collaborate with the current general contractor and all trades and material suppliers as required. All bidders must submit bids in accordance with the bid forms included in the contract documents, and include a certified check or satisfactory bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid as a guarantee. The successful bidder will be required to furnish both a performance bond and a payment bond for 110% of the contract price for each bond. Room. 2. Installing a means of connecting a laptop or computer through a wall plate in the room to utilize the system residing in the respective rooms. 3. Installing a means to control the AV equipment from a control surface in the room. 4. Installing a means to conduct a hybrid meeting with participants of the meeting in the room or attending from outside of the room. 5. Supplying and installing all necessary equipment, software, wiring, and components to ensure full system functionality. 6. Provide staff training on the use of all equipment and basic technical support training. 7.
