The project is located along SR 124/Scenic Hwy in Lawrenceville, Georgia near Longleaf Dr and Maple Wood Dr intersection. Work will include but is not limited to demolition and replacement of existing curb and gutter, concrete median, construction of new pedestrian sidewalks, site grading, erosion control including landscaping/sodding of all areas disturbed by construction activities, striping and pavement markings, relocation/adjustments of existing utilities, signage, and structures, and construction of retaining walls where required. All construction operations must be conducted from 8 AM to 5 PM on weekdays. Contractor to follow the GDOT & MUTCD Traffic Control standards and allow moving traffic in the intersections at all times. Pedestrian traffic must be rerouted with appropriate MUTCD signage.
