Site work for a water / sewer project in West Valley City, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of installing a 12" PVC waterline within the West Valley City, Utah area along 5400 West Street from 4100 South to 4700 South. The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Obtaining all permits. 2. Adhere to federal funding requirements including Buy America and Davis-Bacon Wage Act Compliance, and all requirements as shown in the Project Documents. 3. Project supervision. 4. Mobilization/Demobilization. 5. Installation of 12" C900 PVC piping, fittings, fire hydrants, PRV vault, water sampling stations, valves and valve boxes, and other appurtenances indicated in the Plans. 6. Asphalt, concrete, and landscaping restoration. The location of the work is as indicated on the Drawings. 1. The project will be constructed within 5400 West Street from 4100 South to 4700 South. A pre-bid conference and site tour will not be held. The Work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services, and appurtenances thereto as included in the Contract Documents. A general description of the Work is set forth in the Invitation to Bid Question Deadline 01/05/2026 at 2:00 PM MT All requests for interpretation of the Contract Documents shall be made in writing and delivered to the ENGINEER no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to opening of Bids. In the ENGINEER's discretion, ENGINEER will send the written interpretation to all persons receiving a set of Bid Documents in the form of an Addendum. If the ENGINEER does not respond to a Bidder's request for interpretation the Bidder shall comply with the intent and terms of the Contract Documents. Intent to Bid by Jan 12, 2026 12:00 AM MST.
